Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By booking with Clotare Travel Agency, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing and using the services provided by Clotare Travel Agency Pte Ltd ("Clotare", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Clotare provides luxury travel agency services including but not limited to:
3.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit secures your reservation and covers initial administrative costs.
3.2 Final Payment: Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to travel commencement. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

Note: Some third-party providers (airlines, hotels) may have stricter cancellation policies. These will be communicated at time of booking.
5.1 Passport and Visa Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you possess valid travel documents including passports with at least 6 months validity, visas, and any required vaccinations. Clotare provides guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or travel interruptions due to inadequate documentation.
5.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Clotare can assist with insurance arrangements upon request.
Clotare acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We exercise reasonable care in selecting these providers but are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services due to circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, political unrest, or supplier changes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives. Price adjustments may apply.
Clotare shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, pandemics, or other events making travel unsafe or impossible.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
